False Dichotomy, False Dilemma or Black-and-White

This is a very common type of fallacy.

It's used when person excludes some options from your availability list.

For example, at the shop sales person might ask you "Will you be paying by cash or card?" but you haven't decided yet and have a third option - not to buy at all.

"You are with us or you are against us" is a another example of it.
